Staff Training Course

IEI provides 3 levels of study for this course:

Staff with less than two years of work experience
Objective: create a career development plan, develop primary job skills and build good work habits.

Staff with two years of work experience or more
Objective: sharpen professional skills such as problem solving, conflict resolution, discussion and negotiation skills, critical thinking and presentation skills to prepare for high-level management jobs.

Junior managers:
Objective: develop leadership competencies, supervisory skills, and effective team management.

Management Training
The course puts emphasis on developing professional skills needed for a managerial position. Based on the professional development plan for managers at all levels, the training is divided into two stages:
- Stage 1:
  Enhancing professional skills so that managers can work effectively with employees, performing the leadership role and supporting employees at work.
- Stage 2:
  Improving interpersonal management skills such as running a meeting, giving presentations, solving problems, etc.
Sales & Marketing Training

The course equips students with hands-on skills in sales and marketing (such as selling, influencing, branding, analysis and decision making).
Production Management Training
The course provides students with essential knowledge and skills of production management.
- For middle and low-level managers, the course focuses primarily on fundamental leadership skills and Kaizen program plus 5S tools.
- For higher-level managers, the course focuses on supply chain management, inventory management and “LEAN” manufacturing system.
Office Management Training
